We have recently added the MP4 Video for digital downloads. This provides a higher picture quality, larger image size and overall better viewing experience. Please see the notes below on playback support.

1) How do I download files?
You can download files from the Lproof.org online store in 4 easy steps:
- Find
Your Files
Find the mp3’s or videos you want to download from our online store and them to your cart.
- Make
Payment
Once you have all of the files you need you can make payment using our secure checkout system.
- Download
Your Files
After making payment you will be able to login to the download area and save the files to your computer.
2) Should I download files or order CD’s/DVD?
Digital downloads are intended for personal use and not intended for display on a larger screen. Please check for availability of a DVD that is higher resolution, as some but not all items are offered in both formats.
Downloading files from our online store requires a broadband
internet connection such as cable, dsl or speed equivalent. Please see the
chart blow for estimated download times. We provide 48 hours for your to
complete your downloads from the time of purchase.

3) Can I use Dial Up/56 K modem for digital downloads?
No. You must have a broadband internet connection to successfully download our digital media files.
4) Can I return a digital download?
No. Once a digital download has been saved to your computer it cannot be returned nor refunded.
5) Can I play the digital media on my Macintosh computer?
Yes. You can play both audio and video files on your Mac. All that is required is a recent version of ITunes.
- Audio Files - audio files are available in .MP3 format which can be played directly in ITunes on your Mac.
- Video Files - we provide .MP4 file that you can download and play inside ITunes.
6) Can I create a CD/DVD of my downloads?
You are permitted to make ONE copy per download for personal or group use.
7) HOW CAN I CREATE A DVD OF MY DIGTITAL VIDEOS?
You can use software such as Windows DVD Maker, Apple iDVD or other 3rd party applications that will make a DVD that plays directly in your DVD player.
8) Can I copy downloads to my portable media player?
You can use your downloads on your personal portable media player. Instructions on how to this vary by model. Check the web site of the manufacturer of your portable media player for further instructions.
9) Can I save the video to my computer and then transfer it to my portable media player as an .mp3 or other audio file.
No. In order to play the video on your portable media player it must either support player either .mp4 files.
10) What if I need more time to download my files or have a question that is not answered here?

11) What are the minimum technical requirements to download and play media files from the Living Proof store?

12) Can I play the downloads on my mobile device?
Audio downloads are provided in the MP3 file format and video downloads are provided in MP4 format. Please check with your mobile device manufacturer for support for the files and how to transfer them to your device.
13) I am having trouble viewing video on Apple QuickTime?
If you have experenced a black or white screen, but have audio, when trying to playback a video on Apple QuickTime re-installing QuickTime may help.
